「I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again.」

Bedroom with 2 beds has a squeaky and hard to open and close door. There's no way to avoid waking a sleeping person if the door is shut. Would definitely stay again, should the need arise.」

This property is a true slice of the good life in Annapolis - upscale but family friendly location, with top-notch restaurants within walking distance (2-5 blocks) waterview with charming glimpses of the capitol dome and St Mary's church steeple, boats and paddlers going by for entertainment, boat tours and adventures nearby. 「Everything at this property was wonderful with one big exception. The owner provides you with only one FOB to enter the building. We had 4 adults coming and going at all different hours. It was hectic to “trade off” the FOB to enter the condo. This was very INCONVENIENT when members of our family would go to the condo to take a nap and then have to be woken up to let the rest of the group in. We had plenty of occurrences like this.」

The front door didn’t lock and the rugs on the stairs and in the living room were disgustingly dirty. 「The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, smelled fresh and had plenty of room for us. I will say the one downside was the area. The alley way we used to get access to the parking was too narrow to pull into and out of the assigned parking spot and unfortunately we saw a user shooting up.
