An included green space on the side of building allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature right at your doorstep. As well, the property is protected by outdoor security cameras and a gated fence. Please note: We do require a $100 damage deposit. It will be returned on the day of check-out after we have finished our inspection! As well, a rental agreement will need to be signed.

Bedroom 4 - Can turn mini living room couch into a pull-out for a fourth bed

Miscellaneous - Rental comes with speedy Wi-Fi and all TV's have access to Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and many more channels

Other Notes:
- Smoking is allowed outside the building, no smoking within the building or else immediate removal will occur
- Please clean your dishes before you leave
- Quiet time is 11 pm for outside the unit
