「The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

「Estuvimos una semana cómodamente. Los espacios son muy amplios y la casa tiene todo lo necesario. Todas las personas de contacto son muy amables y nos recomendaron buenos lugares. La piscina estaba limpia. Fuimos con perros y hay caminos en los alrededores para dar paseos. Recomiendo el alojamiento.」

「El alojamiento está mucho mejor que en las imágenes. Exterior e interior excelentes.Un sitio tranquilo pero a 10 min en coche de Mondariz. Disfrutamos mucho del jardín y de la piscina. Pero lo mejor ha sido el trato con los dueños, super amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar」
