「Truly enjoyed this resort! The customer service was amazing and who can resist the complimentary water and champagne. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities including a balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The gym was nice I enjoyed the cold towels and awesome treadmills. 「近所にコンビニやスーパーはありませんが、ホテルから無料で送迎してくれます。 空港からは自力になります。 川沿いに「リバーウォーク」という歩道があるので、気持ちがよくダウンタウンまで行くことができます。 もちろん、シーバスや路面電車でも行くことができます。 タンパ大学のカフェも、食べ放題でお安く良かったです。 施設は古いですが、清潔感があるのでよいかな？と。 ジムは見当たらなかったのですが、プールはあります。 日光浴されてる方が多くいました。 早く着いてフロントのソファに座っていたら、お掃除を優先して12時にはお部屋へ入れて貰えました。」

「For a private beach i thought it was pretty weird to charge for use of the beach chairs, especially $10 a day. Especially when you pay an almost $10 daily resort fee. The laundry facilities were outside of the property, so not much security there. You also had to pay $1 for laundry detergent, $1.50 for the washing machine, and $2 for the dryer, all of which are outdated and the dryer requires you to run it twice for full loads. 「My daughter and I stayed at the Gulfview this past weekend and we absolutely loved it! While it’s not a fancy place, it’s worth every penny. Yes, it’s a bit outdated and slightly dingy, but for the price, you can’t beat it! If you’re expecting a 5-star hotel on a 2-star budget, this isn’t the place for you.
