"The pool water temperature was warm, which was a total surprise, as other pool water temperatures were cold. The breakfast is a low-scale economical breakfast for the owner, I understand his motive behind his thinking however it will be an incentive for future customers if waffles, quality eggs and bacon were also options along more juices besides orange and apple juice"

"Unable to communicate with staff, no elevator to 2nd floor and no assistance to take luggage up but has a cart. No one at desk because the check in person is also the cleaner. "It was alright. My only grip is that the breakfast wasnt good. We do alot of traveling and 100% of the time stay at a Hyatt Place. So comparing it to hyatt, not so good. However,im a very critical person when it comes to hotels. I do have to give props to their customer service for sure it was outstanding!! However, if you compare the breakfast at mainstay to hyatt place.... hyatt place is 110% hamds down better taste , variety. Mainstay only had eggs and sausage, and waffles for the most part."
