"The property entrance could use lots of help. The rugs were dirty and bench was filthy. Thankfully the units were clean. The size of the unit 2A was great for privacy and larger group 3-5people max. All the basics were available. I would think they could offer more towels per visit. It is always nice to have simple extras like cotton, q-tips, shower caps nail file and sewing kit to help the visitors feel more taken care of… Good visit all around. Location is wonderful. "

We stayed in a one bed and it was quiet spacious and comfortable. The property is in the heart of Granvia few steps away from metro, the bus, grocery shops and great shopping experience. Reception is open upto 6pm only and cleaning is not done daily otherwise every thing else was fantastic "

"The Hotel Regina was amazing. I was very pleased with the location which provided easy access to Madrid. Centrally located and walkable. Vibrant and knowledgeable staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast buffet! Shout out to Marta at the Front Desk for her guidance and assistance during my stay! Highly recommended!!"
