「チェックインの時間より早く着きましたが、準備のできている部屋にすぐに通してくれました。疲れていたので本当にありがたかったです。レセプションの女性はてきぱきと必要なことを教えてくれて、地図やレストランの割引券を渡してくれました。 部屋はアパートメントタイプでリビングダイニングとベッドルームがわかれていてバスルームが2つもある広々とした造りでとても居心地が良かったです。 床やテーブルの掃除はやや雑でしたが、まあ許容範囲です(笑) 裸足で歩きたい人はスリッパ持参をおすすめします。 チェックアウトの日は雨が降っていたので雨避けに黒いゴミ袋をレセプションでお願いしたら快く大きな袋を出してくれました。 とても感じのいい女性で明るく送り出して下さったので、雨でも気持ち良くチェックアウトすることができました。 立地も港やバス停留所に近いので、おすすめです。」

「We had a wonderful stay at Casa Elena from start to finish. 「Es kommt ja immer ein wenig darauf an, was man erwartet und wie man seine Ansprüche im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis setzt. Wir waren jedenfalls super zufrieden, obwohl wir eine der noch nicht renovierten Einheiten hatten. Es war sauber, die Anlage ist super sympathisch die Kommunikation war einwandfrei.
