The cottage is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and a spacious backyard, making it an ideal home away from home for families with kids. You can park your boat or golf carts, and it's located just 0.4 miles away from Rockport Beach.

We like to give our guests their privacy. However, we are local and less than 10 minutes away if you need anything.

Located in the heart of “Old Rockport”, a subdivision known for historical homes and famous Century Live Oak Trees, we welcome you to be our guest! Walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, and the brand-new Center for the Arts! Come live on vacation!

You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage.

The backyard is perfect for hosting events with a swing set for children and a gazebo with seating for adults.
