Beautiful Condo within steps of the water. Bring your fishing gear!
The best views await you from our Laguna Madre North Padre Island condo. We are steps away from the water. Enjoy countless nights with the famous colorful sunsets! We are conveniently located between Corpus Christi and Port Aransas on North Padre Island.

Our condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor bayside.

Cast a pole directly from our deck or the many shared docks.

Walk in, drop your bags and you are immediately on vacation. Grab a glass of wine on your way through the bar area. The living room eludes your eyes directly to the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the outstanding water view. Watch the many different species of birds, catch a few fish for dinner and relax in comfort.

The living area not only has the breathtaking views but features a comfy sofa sleeper, flat screen TV and casual chairs. Even inside you can watch the barges and sailboats as they go by.

The kitchen is fully stocked and even has your very own Ninja blender for all those yummy beverages, a single cup of Joe with a Keurig or a full pot of coffee with a full size coffee maker. There is plenty of seating around the table and bar area.

Both bedrooms have cozy queen beds and flat screen TV's for those late night movies or lazy mornings. Remember, you are on vacation.
The living room also has a pull out sleeper sofa and we also have 2 roll away beds for the kiddos.
Please note that we prefer to sleep 6 but do have the roll away beds for families with up to 8 in their group.
Both bathrooms have undergone a complete remodel with the master bathroom having a walk in shower. The floors of the shower massage your feet with a stone pebble floor. The main bathroom also has been completely remodeled with a fabulous tub shower combination with ceiling to floor tile.
Enjoy your evenings on your very own extended deck with plenty of seating. We have the best and I mean best views for the Free Sunsets! Take a deep breath and inhale the salty air. It's good for the soul.

Plenty of space to pull up your boat for the weekend. Enjoy the simple things in life and live "Island Time" with no care in the world.

Fishing and relaxation
Wonderful sunsets, views of the water and nature. Great location for water sports and relatively close to beach areas. Great accommodations and well equipped. Strange plumbing noises every once and awhile but nothing crazy. We will be back. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

Peaceful fishing spot
This condo was the perfect spot for our small family gathering. The location was ideal, with lots of options for fishing. We didnt have to leave our own dock because we caught plenty of fish. We also enjoyed the porch and sunsets over the bay. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. We would love to come back!

We completely enjoyed our stay in this condo. A couple of minor problems, but Michelle was very responsive. The location on the bay was perfect. With the beach closed to vehicle traffic due to Corona Virus, we spent a relaxing day fishing from the condo's large deck, which was big enough for a 10x10 canopy. Perfect condo for our group of 5.

If you love to fish and love stunning sunsets this is the place to stay. A short drive and you're at the beach. Pool and laundry facilities on site. Condo was well stocked and clean.

Beautiful Sunsets from Modern Property
I loved the easy check-in process with the electronic locks. No need to be there at a specific time. The property itself was very clean and there were plenty of cleaning supplies to not have to worry about going to the stores for extra dishwashing soap. Everything worked properly.

Great Location and Fishing off the Deck
We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. My husband fished off the dock each evening and always caught something. We loved the location, it was easy to get to Port A, the A&M Campus and downtown Corpus. We went to Bob Hall pier which was super close. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was better than the pictures. Very nicely decorated and well equipped with basics like foil, spices, and oil which is nice. The view is amazing and the deck is really nice. The only criticism I have is that the shower water pressure could be stronger but it was by no means terrible. I would also have liked to have a grill to the deck. Otherwise this condo was top notch.

Great Location, Able To Fish From Dock
Stayed the condo for a last minute trip over Thanksgiving weekend. The condo is updated and pictures are accurate. My kids were able to fish, and caught fish, right off the dock. The views of the water and sunset were unobstructed and stunning. When outside you could really hear the traffic from the highway, but couldn’t hear it too much from inside the condo. We’d stay here again.
