「Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings.」

「 部屋は２つベッドで広く使いやすかった。シャワーも固定式でなくお湯もホットできもちよかった。朝食はパン、お菓子、ヨーグルトなどでそれほど質の高いものでないが、悪くもないといったところ。スタッフは基本親切でよかった、何とか英語が通ずるスタッフも複数いて助かった。ただ聞いたタクシーの相場は実際より若干高めで自分たちの取り扱い手数料が入ってるのではという感じがした。ロケーションは中心からやや離れているが徒歩で行ける範囲内なので悪くはない。全体の照明を落としていることもあり、全体の雰囲気がややくらい。設備も良く使いやすいが、その点はマイナスである。」

「Cela fait la 3 -ème ou 4 -ème fois que je séjourne dans cet Hôtel bien situé proche du tramway. En général j'étais satisfait mais pas plus, cette fois j'ai ressenti beaucoup plus, un grand changement à tous les niveaux ,il y a du avoir un changement dans la direction? Dès l'entrée je pense avoir été accueil par le directeur, qui à toute suite demander qu'on m'aide pour mes bagages, grand sourie à l'accueil, chambre prête avant l'heure d'arriver, personnel d'étage prévenant et agréable.
