「Beautiful B&B in a lovely area only a short driving distance from Waterford City. I had a large, comfortable room - everything was pristinely clean, and the shower was superb. Breakfast was a real treat, with an excellent variety on the menu, and tiny home made (warm!) scones accompanying whatever you chose. The guest lounge was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery and delph, comfortable couches, and a 'drop and swap' area for books. I would highly recommend a stay in Samuel's...

「Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable 」

「We had a very warm welcome. We stayed in a comfortable family room that worked well for our family trip as 3 adults. The stay was very good value and we enjoyed the breakfast. Also appreciated having a kettle in the room. The location was very convenient for visiting Waterford and Tramore. Would recommend!」

「Kingdom View is about 10-15 minutes drive outside Waterford. It's in the country and away from lots of traffic noise and other hustle and bustle but near enough to visit Waterford and other surrounding attractions.」
