「フロントやダイニングのスタッフは全員感じよく対応してくれました。 お部屋はちょっと狭めでしたが、清潔でしたしポットやマグなども置かれていましたし、アメニティも過不足なかったです。朝ごはんは、温かいお料理はオーダー形式でした。欲しいものが温かく食べられらのでとてもよかったです。街中心までは徒歩で少しかかりますが遠いというほどでもなく、ニューコーチステーションや鉄道の駅には近いので満足しています。」

「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Location was little bit far from the downtown of Galway, It took about 20 minutes from the hotel. But I didn't care since the weather was great and I could enjoy the lovely view of the town. Great buffet style breakfast, clean room and really friendly stuff. I would like to stay here again if I cave chance to visit Galway again.」

「鉄道駅から徒歩８分です。なお駅前バスステーション発458番Ballina行きはすぐ近くに止まりますので便利。スタッフは真面目で親切。朝食は若干品数が少ないが美味しいです。設備は一流で快適。夏でもタオルドライヤが使えるのが嬉しい。冷蔵庫が欲しいね。ただ団体がチェックインするとエレベータ渋滞します。スタッフの客さばきが懇切丁寧すぎるかな？　　」

「The location can't be beat. It is literally on Eyre Square in the heart of Galway, right next to 10 Euro a day carpark and 2 minute walk from the Train station. The breakfast was huge and tasty. I will definitely return. The part that stood out was the customer service! From reception to the dining room to the cleaning staff everyone was so nice and went above and beyond the usual. They didn't just help. They took the time to chat and offer advice. It was so welcoming. WELL DONE TO ALL!」

「This is a understated, stylish hotel that is very relaxed and friendly. The rooms were a good size with tea and coffee making, iron and ironing board and safe. King sized bed was very comfortable. Very good location but parking is a multi-storey along the street. I’m not that fussy, but I did think breakfast was disappointing … tried all the (limited) options during my stay but most were overlooked or dry. There’s plenty of better options near by which I’ll choose for my next stay there.」
