Come and experience Compass Cove Cottage, one of four newly built cottages (Rocky Point Farms Cottages). An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that pour light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen with high-end appliances. Our cottages contain a living room and full kitchen, two bedrooms, and one washroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands, dresser, and black out curtains.
Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river (seasonal). At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look.

We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick. Excellent for walking your dog!

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, Ministers Island, whale watching, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.

At Rocky Point Farms Cottages our cottages are kept exceptionally clean and the grounds are maintained and checked daily by a professional landscaper.
We are open year-round, each cottage has heat, an electric fireplace, TV, and WIFI. This cottage shares a hot tub with Tidal Tranquility Cottage, hot tub open all year.

Guests enjoy full access to the pergola, dock (seasonal), and walking trails located on the property. Up to 5 kayaks and one paddleboard available (seasonal), times vary according to the tides. Each cottage deck comes with outdoor table, chairs, and BBQ, Each cottage has one private parking space.

The cottages have a full kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher. Also included complimentary coffee/tea.

Bathroom - tub/shower, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

We request an upfront refundable damage deposit of $250 CA before your stay. (This does not apply if booking through Airbnb).
A refundable damage deposit is paid upfront 2 days prior to your arrival and is held until after your stay. If no damages occur during the stay, the deposit is automatically refunded to you via your payment method within 14 days after your stay.
Owners live nearby and are available to answer questions and provide assistance if needed.

MAXIMUM 4 Adults OR 2 Adults and 3 children. This cottage must NOT exceed 5 people. If 5 people are a necessity please bring a cot or an air mattress.
Please close all windows when leaving.

SMOKERS: No smoking of any kind indoors. No smoking or vaping on deck.
Smokers, please put all butts in a disposable container.

INVITING FRIENDS: Total number of people at each cottage at any time is a maximum of 8 and no unregistered guests after 10pm. Kayaks and hot tubs are intended for Guest use only.
Quiet hours 10pm – 8 am

PETS: over 35 lbs 1 dog maximum, under 35 lbs 2 dog maximum.
Please try not to let pets jump up on furniture. Use covers on furniture if necessary for pets.

Check In: 4pm (message host if you’d like to check in sooner)
Check Out: 11am
Please make sure all dishes are cleaned and any appliances you may have used are cleaned as well.
Please leave furniture where you found it.
