「The room appeared to be clean. The sheet on one bed did not appear to be fresh. The first night was extremely noisy from loud music overhead until about 1:30a.m. The second night the noise came from the room next door until about 9:00p.m. (acceptable). The towels were freshened on the 2nd day, but new cups were not provided (no tea for me) . I would have used one of the old cups except some type of winged bug was crawling in it.」

「I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while. Their boss said sorry we don’t have anything for you. Luckily it was a pay at the property deal and they didn’t get any money from us. Luckily we went down the street and found a room, attendant told us to be glad we didn’t stay there cause the place is bad news…….. 」

「Stayed overnight on way North, was pet friendly, and easy to find at end of long drive.Plenty of room and reasonable price. Floor could have been cleaned better. Being pet friendly , I can see some of the odor but carpet significantly stained.」

「We had pre-booked this motel for a stop on a cross country move with 6 dogs& 2 cats. When we arrived, the motel was completely closed due to an upstairs fire. Obviously unavoidable, but they had online reservations through the main reservation line and no email or call was made to let us know. When we called the customer service line they literally said well what did you want us to do about it. Completely unapologetic & didn't offer to help find a different location.」

「This is by far the most well stocked rental we have ever booked!! Plenty of towels, dish towels , dish soap etc!! We wish the water level was higher but the men did manage to catch a few small ones!! We enjoyed exploring some local attractions as well!」
