First, we received an early check in notice that switched our room type. I called and Steven said “our records show a double queen”, I replied mine says King, as i ordered. He then had the audacity to tell me they overbooked and had some “important guests” who decided stay another night, so we switched you. I said “I want the room I booked.” He said, you can talk to the manager, but I don’t think it will help. I said “I’ll try and let me give you my loyalty number.” He took it and said “Oh, I’ll talk to him for you.” Suddenly, I had my original room back. Don’t sell your rooms out to Expedia then cheat their clients. I find that to be very dishonest.
