However I was even more impressed with the dayspa-like backyard that included a sauna, hot tub and ice plunge. 「The cabin was lovely. We had a great time spending a couple days away. The snow came in quite heavily which gave us a beautiful view however we were pretty much snowed in for our time spent. Originally planned on spending some time outdoors, experiencing the trails and fishing, but mother nature had other plans lol…overall we had a great time. The host was very communicative and responded almost immediately when we needed anything so that was much appreciated. We’d love to come back to this...

「The cabin was the perfect size and layout for our family trip with the master bedroom/bath across the living room from the other two bedrooms/bathroom. The view is just beautiful and very easy to walk down to lake trails. Such a peaceful neighborhood! Marilyn was great at communicating with us and very helpful as our trip was extended due to snow and icy conditions. We will be back!」

「Booked cabin for birthday celebration just for me and hubby. Check in was easy and the cabin was very clean upon arrival. Smaller than I imagined, but very nice. Partial view of the lake. Problem was no power due to the CA wildfires. Freezing upon arrival and everything was closed in the area except the Stater Bros so we contacted the owner. Quick response. We opted to leave. Disappointed, but not the owner's fault. Owner was very gracious and communicative. 」

「This property has been lovingly restored. They tell the history of the Lake Arrowhead area and the restoration of their cabin, complete with photos. The restoration was very thoughtfully done. The cabin includes all of the essential for a very comfortable stay (e.g., kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking basics, small dishwasher, washer dryer, gas fireplace to ensure cozy days in winter, etc.). Location is in easy proximity to grocery and restaurants.」
