「Loved staying at the place. Had a little issue with the lockbox not opening. Gate to the community had its code changed mid stay with no warning, but contact with the guest services resolved that quickly. We thought the hot tub was on the unit we stayed in but the hot tub is in a clubhouse but fully accessible.」

「We loved this beautiful home. It is in the heart of Pagosa Springs and yet was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the fireplace. 「We all had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and very relaxing. Plenty of items were already available in the kitchen for use and everything was well stocked that would be needed on a trip. Just keep in mind that there is no AC so days can be a little warm but fans were available. Overall we couldn't ask for more.」

「We loved our stay. The views from the cabin were so beautiful and the cabin had everything we needed. It's close to all the mountains and to downtown Aspen. We would happily book it again. One suggestion, leave some notes about how to work the TV. It seemed to require apps being downloaded in advance for it to work, but there were no instructions in the cabin. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. 」

「My friends and family had an amazing stay here at this location. The house was just as described, very clean and tidy. This house was a perfect place to enjoy in Pagosa after coming back from the ski slopes every day. I have stayed at many different houses in Pagosa and you will not be disappointed in this property! 「We had 8 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs for a family celebration of our youngest graduating from Fort Lewis College. The place is lovely, clean, and so cozy! We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen including bananas, muffins, oatmeal and a full coffee bar awaiting us when we arrived for our first morning. Loved the hot tub, the privacy and the gorgeous views all around. The game room was a fun family gathering place too. Highly recommend this place! 」

「House is nice and big, great location. Spread out on three floors so if you have bad knees it wouldn’t be a good fit. Living and kitchen on second floor so you have to climb to take groceries in. But it worked for us so we would stay again if opportunity presents itself. 」

「Great secluded location but close to town. Great views. By 10 am everyday the back patio was in the shade and we spent a good bit of time just enjoying the great weather and wonderful views of the East Range. In the afternoon, we spent on the patio grilling. In the evening we were able to turn off the lights and not have any light pollution; then have incredible views of the Milky Way. We will stay here again!!」

「El único problema que tuvimos es que durante nuestra estadía tuvimos varias veces que llamar a recepción ya que había un problema con la electricidad de la cocina y la sala sin embargo al menos llegaban y resolvían. Pero la situacion pasó varias veces. Igual el sistema de calefacción bien ruidoso. No hay limpieza de la habitación diaria la hacen cada otro día .」
