"By The Sea Guesthouse is a bit far from downtown, but in a quiet area, which is nice! It's a 20,000 to 25,000 COP taxi ride to go downtown but easy to find a taxi and only takes a few minutes. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was great. Very helpful. Room was very clean and nice. We had the Standard Triple Room, Ocean View, which I think was the nicest room. "Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. "O hotel é bom , a piscina é ótima, atendimento ótimo, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. O banheiro apenas que tive problema em não fechar a porta, o sabonete é líquido, achei isso muito ruim, e no último dia entraram hóspedes extremamente barulhentos na piscina e ficaram até de madrugada. O café da manhã é bom mas pode melhorar pois só tem uma opção todos os dias!"
