Beautiful Property on Lake Como!
We really enjoyed staying at this location. A bit of a drive from the small towns with ferries, but it was a lovely property with awesome pool and view! The check in was very easy and it was well equipped! There was a lot of information for things to do. Especially loved the little market that we walked to every day for fruit, cheese, bread and more. Also, a lovely little hotel/restaurant called Concha Azurra (I think) that we could walk to around the corner and the food was delicious and service great! would love to return to Olgiasca!

Lovely Stay!
We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo) provided and NO top sheets on beds... So you should bring your own if those are important to you!

Most amazing Villa and location
We stayed here in early April - 6 adults, the Villa is amazing as are the views and Michelle the owner cannot do enough for you, he even has some home made wine in the cellar for 5 euros which would give most £30 bottles a run for its money. The location is slightly rural, and you will require a car to explore, however most major places around the lake are no more than 1 hours drive, with most being much closer, great for scenic walks. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will return some day. Truly amazing and highly recommended.

Want to Stay Again!
Our family loved this property and would love to stay again. The property is well appointed and allows plenty of room for everyone to relax and soak up the beautiful views. We enjoyed using the kitchen which had everything we needed. The host was helpful and easy to work with. Now we need to come back so we can enjoy the pool in season!

Wir haben ein wunderbares Familen-Wochenende in der schönen Villa von Michele verbracht. Leider war das Wetter schlecht, umso wohler haben wir uns zu Hause gefühlt. Zu Elft am Tisch zu sitzen und beim Essen die wunderbare Aussicht auf den See zu geniessen war wirklich einmalig. Die Villa ist toll eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das kontaktlose Check In hat einwandfrei geklappt und der Besitzer war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder, bei hoffentlich schönem Wetter. So könnten wir auch den schönen Aussenbereich geniessen!

A really dream stay
A wonderful stay and exceptional hospitality. Michele's villa is a jewel with a splendid view of Lake Como. The location of the pool area offers one of the most beautiful views in the world, it is unique. The villa is perfectly furnished and equipped and is really huge. Cleanliness is another thing that left us really happy. It felt like living in a new house. Thanks to Michele who was able to help us with everything. We recommend it with a score of 10 with honors

Schöne Villa am Comer See
Die Villa hat eine wirklich tolle Lage. Auch die Umgebung, mit der Abtei hat uns gut gefallen. Durch das große Panoramafenster hat man einen klasse Blick auf den See. Anders jedoch, als auf den Fotos suggeriert, wird die Sicht durch das seitlich davor stehende Haus etwas verdeckt. Den Blick auf den Pool hatten wir z.B. nicht von der Villa aus. Die Villa selbst passt super für 3- 4 Familen. Sie ist groß, sauber, hat eine offene Küche und einen großen Tisch, an dem wir , 12 Personen gut sitzen konnten. Unser Ansprechpartner, Michele ist ein sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Mensch, absolut hilfsbereit. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat stets positiiv auf unsere Wünsche reagiert. Auf dem Gelände können max. 3 Autos hintereinander parken. Parken in der Umgebung ist auch möglich. Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gut gefallen. Wir haben dort sehr schöne Sylvester verbracht.. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick
Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit der Villa, die wir zu neunt genutzt haben. Es ist alles sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Die beiden riesigen und hochwertigen Kühlschränke haben genug Platz für alle Lebensmittel geboten. Leider entspricht das Bild vom Pool nicht dem tatsächlichen Bild vor der Villa. Zum Pool muss man noch ein wenig laufen und mit anderen Gästen teilen. Der Pool gehört ist nicht zum alleinigen Gebrauch! Abends darf dieser nicht benutzt werden. Ist aber ansonsten sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist leider etwas langweilig… einen wirklich großen Spaziergang kann man hier nicht machen. Und zum nächsten Supermarkt muss man auch das Auto nehmen. Der Bäcker hat sonntags zu. Kommunikation mit Michele ist einwandfrei und der Kontaktlose Check-In und Check-Out hat wunderbar funktioniert. Danke.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung
In dieser bemerkenswerten Umgebung mit traumhafter Aussicht - eine bessere ist für unsere Begriffe kaum vorstellbar - und absolut friedlicher Ausstrahlung gehen selbst gelegentlich bellende Hunde unter. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Vermieter hat nach unseren Bedürfnissen den Weg zum Pool barrierefrei gemacht - vielen Dank dafür! Es ist alles wie beschrieben und empfehlenswert.

Amazing Installations
Accomodations very well conserved! All perfect. Kitchen very equiped with all necessary items to prepare your own meals. Several items to your leisure like tennis table, soccer table, books, tourists infromations...also, good place to make a delicious barbecue...nice vision of the lake and nice swimming pool shared with others houses. Congrats!! We will come back asap...

Bon emplacement pour les ballades et visites.
La villa est bien située pour les ballades dans les villages typiques du lac de Côme. Utiliser les bateaux avec des forfaits journaliers. Surpris que la piscine soit partagée avec d'autres locations et donc pas privative pour cette location.

J'ai choisi cette villa pour passer un petit weekend entre amis et famille et sans doute une expérience unique, la villa de Monsieur Miguengello est unique et excellente. Stunning Views
The drive up to the villa was heart-stopping because of the crazy winding roads, but so much fun. Once inside, we were speechless from the view. The house is very modern and clean. And did I mention the views? WOW!!!. Now for the rest... The shower floors are super slippery and there is no place to put your soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Also, keep in mind that the owner does not provide these items for the showers; only hand soap at all sinks is provided. Next, there are no grocery stores within walking distance. So, if you want anything at all to eat or drink in the house (other than the delicious wine provided for a very reasonable fee), you will need to drive there. That being said, we absolutely loved it and would absolutely go back. Thank you Michele!

I don’t recommend for family stay
The check-in was confusing as the host provided the wrong address and video check-in for my family member who arrived earlier than me. My family member was shocked when someone else was trying to get in the house while she was there with the children. She called the host numerous times and he didn’t answer until later when my family member went outside and was looking for help from neighbors. Later, they move us to the correct location and apologize. The house was nice but the presence of different bugs everywhere scared my children. The host stated that bugs in the house next to a lake were something normal. I live in a house next to a lake in Florida and never had bugs in my bed or kitchen. Another issue was the electricity was going off in the house when neighbors had lights. Before check out we cleaned and swept the house and made up beds and also picked up garbage. The garbage bins were very small and no instructions on where to put extra garbage. All additional garbage we separated into plastic bags next to those bins. We also washed all the dishes and put back the dry ones. After we left the property the host sent us a bill for not correctly sorting the garbage and he also mentioned that he should charge us even more for extra cleaning because he found a French fry on the floor. Besides, stay fees and service fees, we also paid cleaning fees which were a decent amount at the time of reservation that must cover cleaning. In my opinion, not a friendly or honest host.

Excellent Location and Gorgeous View
We went to Como area during my son's school spring break and stayed in Villa Michelangelo for a week. It was fantastic. The location was perfect -- with a car we can leisurely drive to Varenna to hop on the ferry boat to sightsee nearby towns, Menaggio, Bellagio, Belano, Como, Lugano, and many more. Michele's villa has a killer view and so refreshing to be able to see the lake, the mountain, the snow cap, and sunrise and sunset all at the same time. Perfect for a relaxed get-away. Michele was a great host, responsive and the lazange his mom prepared for us was the best! We will come back here again! Charlene

Beautiful LARGE modern villa with incredible lake views
Stayed here on a short stay, this villa has great views of Lake Como on a more quiet part of the lake. It is LARGE--it was overkill for just me and my wife but would be excellent for larger groups. It is gated and very secure. It has stunning views of Lake Como and is only about a 20 minute drive to Varenna where you can catch a ferry to Bellagio or other parts of the lake. You definitely need a vehicle but this place is well situated. Sadly the pool was closed as it was March when we visited but the (shared) pool looks like it would be incredible to be in with its well situated views overlooking Lago Di Camo. Check in and check out process was very easy and done without interaction. Everything is well furnished and even includes outdoor foosball and ping pong tables. Recommend this place--especially during warmer times when the pool can be used!
