"Loved the pool area, especially Sun Society pool. Balinese beds were great. Pool was cool but refreshing. Food at breakfast and dinner on half board was excellent. Getting drinks or food at the pool bars was the only negative we experienced. Staff were lovely and did their best but there was not enough for demand at the busy times of lunch and pre- dinner. As such this meant long wait times. We had lunch once in the hotel at the start of our stay but did not enjoy due to the poor quality of the food and high price. €20 for nachos that were inedible due to being drowned in sauce. "

"The hotel is really well located, allows you to get to the touristic downtown without the struggle of being in the mayor old town roads. Very comfortable. "

"The concierge went above and beyond making sure I would receive a wheelchair accessible taxi to the airport in a pinch, calling multiple companies several times over until a taxi was acquired. Couldn't say enough about their kindness and helpfulness from telling us where to go to providing us luggage storage while we waited for our transportation to the airport – they didn't have to do this: it was several days after our stay, but it was much more convenient for us due to their proximity to the train station. The wheelchair accessible room had all the necessary features and space – though we couldn't get AC to work very well in our room (luckily we came in April and not June/July so it was fine)."

"I felt very welcome from the minute I entered the property. I requested a room that was as quiet as possible and Gemma at the front desk obliged. I also mentioned to her that I was thinking of changing the day I would take a tour to Marbella, so she helped me rearrange that. I also said that I get motion sick and try to get a seat at the front of the bus, so she offered to call the company and see if they could arrange that. She could not have been more helpful. I found other staff to be the same including the restaurant staff who kindly made me sandwiches the night before to take on the day of my trip as I was going to be leaving before they started serving breakfast. Everyone I encountered was very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is also very convenient to the port area and the promenade there and right beside the Cathedral."

"The village is a beautiful place. Bungalows have everything you need and are very clean. Pool is great. Pet friendly. The staff are lovely, especially the restaurant staff. The only problem was having kids playing and screaming around the village at midnight and no staff to ask them to lower their voices and not run around the bungalows. Overall a great place."

"Perfect location on the edge of the old town overlooking the bullring. Just 5 minutes from restaurants and stalls on the waterfront and 15 minutes into the town centre. Room is basic, no kettle and only small sachets of shower gel. Very clean though and staff were very friendly. Fabulous breakfast for the price. Pool is only for dipping - not big enough to swim."
