Our townhome is located just steps away from the beach where the waves and the sand are waiting for you to enjoy. Take a walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, with so many options for restaurants, bars and shops, you can count on leaving your car parked during your whole stay. Or go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. This also makes a great spot for a pre and post cruise destination. With everything that we offer in our beachfront townhome, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.

Getting Around:
The beach and many restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance and Lyft and Uber are prevalent in our area.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow any mailbox access. Fireplace is a non working fireplace and we kindly ask that it is not used by guests. The balcony over the garage is also not for guest use.
