「Friendly and welcoming. Location!! Everything in the Historical area is walkable, including the riverfront. Room spacious and elevated. A lot of comps, but there is a per person destination charge. 」

「Historic Inn….perhaps a bit more trafficked than some of the others. I think if you get one of the more expensive rooms they are more spacious, in better shape and more private. It is a lovely old place but not designed to accommodate air conditioning and modern baths, so the updates—while fully acceptable—are kind of wonky. Unbeatable location. Helpful staff. Could be cleaner (Christmas decor still up on Feb 28, breakfast area floor in serious need of a cleaning).」

「This property was fantastic staff was friendly you can walk to everything. They offer evening wine and apps and ice cream nightly in your room. My only negative about cleanliness was our bed had a stain on the bedding and looked like hair or lint from a dryer so we got that changed out and baseboard needs cleaning 」
