「It's a clean, comfortable hotel that was convenient for everything we planned to do in Cleveland. They let us check-in early which was nice, but charged us $25 which I didn't understand since our room was ready and it wasn't an inconvenience to anyone. I understand people like to travel with their pets, but I wasn't crazy about the golden retriever in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good, coffee was hot. Internet was sketchy. 「I liked that this inn was affordable and convenient. The rooms were updated and generally clean. I had trouble understanding the staff member at the front desk. He was friendly and kind however. There were four people staying in our room, but we did not have enough towels, cups, etc for everyone. It would be nice if those things were taken care of ahead of time rather than having to request extra. That being said, we will consider staying here again. 」

「This is an excellent hotel. I travel all over the country and this hotel is at the top of my list. Kind and professional staff, clean, safe, and easy on and off the interstate. Dog friendly and still VERY clean! Highly recommend.」
