Raccoons were in the attic and the home owner did nothing.
Was the most craziest place I’ve ever stayed at. Raccoons were in the attic have videos and recordings of them in the attic. When I told the home owners they said they looked down the chimney?!?! I sad the attic. Got video and recording of the sound of them up in the attic to prove this. Do not recommend this place at all!

Don't ever stay here!
Worst start to a family vacation ever! When we first walked in, we thought the space was definitely smaller then the pictures made it look. We brought in our things, turned on the air conditioner to 62 and left for Walmart. We came back almost 2 hours later , and it was still hot and stuffy in there. We turned the oven on to make pizzas, and it took each of them an hour and half to bake because the oven didnt work properly. Next thing ya know, fireworks, and all kinds of chaos ensued all at once. I am not opposed to 4th of july celebration, don't get me wrong, but when car alarms are being set off , every 10 mins at least, and some of the bangs sounding very much like gun shots, mixed in, it was not fewling like a celebration. THEN, BOOM! LIGHTS, T.V AND AIR CONDITIONER GO OUT COMPLETELY! After all that, i was done. All i wanted was to leave there. Here are 10 of us, miserable, and no one would help. I called vrbo throughout all of this, begging them to transfer my $ to a different property....please. Throughout the night, i spent a total of 3 hours on hold with different specialists, who were working on it....ans the " TEAM" would let me know what they could do .in the meantime, the host Nick G. Sent a friend to flip the breaker so we had our 1/2 a@@ Air conditioner back, and a t.v to watch, while i waited for many my vrbo people to HELP ME . We did our best to rest until morning, packed up, and got the hell out of there by 10:30 in the morning. Still waiting on the

Communication horrible
Booked this property on a Monday for three weeks or so for my coworkers to come in on that Friday. Waited 24 hours for confirmation and nothing. Texted and tried to call host, nothing. Just wanted to assure we had a place to stay and a simple confirmation. Another 24 and nothing. On the Vrbo app the trip wasn’t even showing up at all! Called Vrbo and they tried to contact the host. NOTHING. Then they gave me his number, texted called and NOTHING. I need a house now in 48 hours and host is unresponsive. Now I tell Vrbo I no longer want the house do to all of the above. Guess what? That night I get a text from the host asking why I’m cancelling and why would I want to do that? I explained everything as I stated above and he told me that I would not be getting any type of refund. Now I’m letting my credit card company and Vrbo sort it out but I would avoid this host at all costs.

We were ok with this being an older house. The outside of the structure needs cleaned up a bit. It would be nice if the bed sheets and comforters would be freshened up or replaced. Otherwise, it worked for a quick overnight trip to Cleveland.

It did the job as far as location and cost. Couple things that could’ve made it better- I would upgrade at least one mattress, we were not comfortable. Couches we not comfortable. WiFi would’ve been helpful. Door jam during all the unlocking processes.

Urban Chic stay in the city
Location is a fantastic, cost-effective option for access to Cleveland and the surrounding areas. Edgewater park, Tremont, Gordon Square and Lakewood are all within 5-10 minutes of this location. There was enough space for a large group. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Dirty low run down
The place was very small hole in the wall house. You go up the steps to unlocked door. The site had both bedrooms pictured twice. False advertising. Now we had it for a whole weekend but it was so not a vacation I couldn't wait to get out of there. So we did by 2pm that Saturday January 13th today the man says we were smoking and send some old screenshot on his phone from a made up bed. And the beds were all stripped upon leaving per his request and plus you never to pay for your pen children to stay with you and it's only one tv in the itty bitty house. The pictures are older photos for sure. Don't be fooled

Good Stay in Cleveland
I had booked a place to stay in Cleveland for a trip. The property owner contacted me in the week before the stay to say the location I had rented was no longer available, but he put us in another nearby location. The location was convenient, the accomdations were clean and neat, and checkin and checkout was trouble free. Overall a good experience.

I am originally from the Cleveland area and wanted to go back to show some friends around. The pictures are very deceiving. We reached out to the owner to see if we could get in early. She stated yes if we leave a 5 star review. When we were then able to check in early no beds were made, there was a hole in the wall, and pictures broken. It seemed that there was a party there the night before. When we got back that night at around 11:30 we were all trying to go to bed and the place below us (place is on a second floor of a duplex) was screaming and yelling about drugs and seemed to be somewhat of a heated discussion. I would not stay here.

An Uber away from everything
Our experience was ok. House was rather small and there was a light that would not shut off. Bunkbeds were very wobbly, I would question sleeping on the to bunk. The walls and ceilings were cracked. We were also incorrectly charged for damages 10 days after we left. $50 to press a ring back onto a light what a joke....

The property was clean. Our biggest concern was that it was the upstairs of a duplex. The stairs were narrow and dangerous. The listing did not mention it was upstairs or I would not have rented. Having just experienced knee problems, it was extremely difficult to climb the stairs. There were limited electrical outlets. The one in the bedroom was behind the bed. The second bedroom was really a living room with bunk beds. No door, no privacy. The kitchen was adequate, but we didn't find the kitchen eating utensils until we were leaving. There was no dining table or chairs. The location was close to downtown. The listing should clearly state that the property is upstairs of a duplex.
