"The only issue that I had was the sink didn’t drain properly but other than that I had no issues with the property or stay. I would suggest when they tell people to let them know they need the shuttle to also let them know to call in once they have arrived. "

"Staying here for over two weeks was truly such a great stay. All the staff here are phenomenal, Rhi at the front desk, by far is truly so great and made changes in our stay so easy for us. The shuttle is so great to have back and forth to the clinic. 10/10!"

Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Beachwood

"Very clean there should be a hour for just adults at the pool area it was challenging having 100 kids at the pool area and being able to get to sit in the hot tub. Pool could be open until 11 pm. Overall clear and a nice stay."
