Thank you for choosing 629 Lofts 811 - A KCM Property for your stay. To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with our house rules and associated penalties:

1. No Parties

No Party Policy: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited within our units. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500 if evidence of a party is found, along with immediate eviction and potential forfeiture of your security deposit.

2. No Pets

No Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments. Evidence of a guest having a pet(s) on the property will result in a penalty of $200 per pet, potential eviction, and possible loss of the security deposit.

3. Excessive Cleaning Penalties

Excessive Cleaning: Routine cleaning is performed after every checkout. However, leaving the unit excessively dirty will result in a penalty of $50 per hour for additional cleaning requirements beyond the norm.

4. Smoke-Free Environment

629 Lofts 811 - A KCM Property is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in a $175 fine.

5. Guests must complete the online check-in form and sign the rental agreement in order to receive check-in instructions and access to the apartment.

The above rules are non-negotiable.

Location Excellent, Comfort/Convenience Not
You cannot beat a better location for downtown attractions. The property is secure and quiet and within 10-15 minutes walking of just about everything. I would say the property is drastically lacking in amenities. The bathroom is a serious fall risk as the shower is not separate from sink/toilet so the entire floor gets wet after taking a shower. We had to use shower towels to dry floor to avoid falling. They only provided two towels and two washcloths so we had to ask for more to wipe the floor. There are no shelves in the bathroom so nowhere to put bathroom items so we had everything on the kitchen counter and only carried in what we needed. The kitchen had no dish towels or paper towels and only one fork. The couch was small and uncomfortable but excellent TV picture quality. Asked for hairdryer listed as amenity but the one they brought was broken. If it wasn’t for the excellent location I would recommend looking at other properties because of these inconveniences.

It would have been nice to be given details regarding parking; which added$64 dollars to my stay. While the property was safe, quiet with great dinning and night life options, the room itself was lacking. The all in one shower/toilet/ sink unit was nearly deadly. While the white tile was attractive, the lack of a simple squeegee left the tile very wet. The late night potty was an enter at your own risk situation. Wipe up the wet you say, well there were two wash clothes, two towels, and one kitchen towel provided for a full two night stay. A paper towel would have been handy. I espicially enjoyed the thoght of a morning coffee as i spotted the Kruig.... but to my suprise, not one Kcup, but plenty of random sugar packets. So, across the street to the delightful am spot for wonderful coffee I went. The walkability, great dining and proximity to my destination were outstanding. This alone made my stay enjoyable.
