Thank you for choosing 629 Lofts 802 - A KCM Property for your stay. To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with our house rules and associated penalties:

1. No Parties

No Party Policy: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited within our units. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500 if evidence of a party is found, along with immediate eviction and potential forfeiture of your security deposit.

2. No Pets

No Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments. Evidence of a guest having a pet(s) on the property will result in a penalty of $200 per pet, potential eviction, and possible loss of the security deposit.

3. Excessive Cleaning Penalties

Excessive Cleaning: Routine cleaning is performed after every checkout. However, leaving the unit excessively dirty will result in a penalty of $50 per hour for additional cleaning requirements beyond the norm.

4. Smoke-Free Environment

629 Lofts 802 - A KCM Property is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in a $175 fine.

5. Guests must complete the online check-in form and sign the rental agreement in order to receive check-in instructions and access to the apartment.

The above rules are non-negotiable.
