This unit was clean and perfect for our three night visit. We have come to Suncadia every summer for over five years and usually stay in a house with our family, but this year, since families have grown. We did the lodge.
The only glitch was not the fault of the unit owners, it was a technical issue with the door and the key cards.
Upon getting the key cards and trying them at the door, we discovered the lock mechanism was faulty, there was no power coming to the lock. It did not turn either green or red.
Called the front desk and they told us to wait there for engineering. They did not come after about 30 minutes so we decided to leave our bags at the bell desk while we waited and went to hang out with our family at the house. It was 4:45pm or so when we left the lodge. They said they would call us when it was fixed. We waited for four hours before calling the front desk to see if it was resolved. They aid that it got fixed about 8:00, but forgot to call us. So we went back to check in. By this time it was about 9:30pm. They gave us a $150 credit for the inconvenience.
The next day, two units down we saw another couple checking in and they were sitting in the hall with their luggage. Key cards not working. Hopefully they did not have to wait long.
But the room itself was great. Snacks were a nice touch along with Keurig with plenty of coffee. The kitchen was extremely clean. A great unit once the room lock issue was resolved, and we would stay again.
