"Great property but for the noise at night coming out of the Beefbar. The hotel anknowleged it though annd made up for it. The ski shop had limited options for ski rentals and the equipment was not the best I have seen in a 5 star hotel."

"The all-in-one hotel is a short drive to the Celerina Gondola. We used it on a ski trip. They have assigned lockers for ski equipment, a good breakfast bar, and offer meals with a limited menu. It was reasonably priced compared to other options. The laundry machines were free. The interior is stark, with bare concrete walls and hard floors. We would stay there again."

"Wonderful, stylish and friendly hotel. Love all the pine wood and the design that manages to be both modern and traditional at the same time. Terrific breakfasts, possibly the best we had in Switzerland (which is saying something). "Lovely old hotel in a beautiful Swiss village. Really like the old skool vibe of this hotel. Nice friendly staff. Our suite was very large with a huge terrace. Sadly no outdoor chairs in March which was a shame as the weather was fabulous. 2 full bathrooms. Very uncomfortable sofa. Bed a bit on the small side for the size of room. "Week long stay while working locally, very comfy and pleasant stay, room was very large, more like a small apartment, breakfast was good. Very quiet for the number of guests. Wifi in the room was okay but not quite enough for a zoom call so had to move to the reception area where it was fine. Could stream TV though."

"We visited Chur to take the Bernina Express and this hotel was very convenient since it’s almost in front of the train station. Room was clean, quiet surroundings, friendly staff and breakfast which is included was delicious."

"Front desk staff were extremely courteous, provided us with a map and some ideas for shopping and dining nearby (though prepare yourself for the price of dining out in Switzerland generally). During my family’s 2 week European trip, Central Hotel Post had the most comfy beds of our entire vacation, and the strongest water pressure of any shower I have ever seen (always a pleasant surprise, in my book). Our 3 rooms were spacious and very clean, we had windows that opened up to the square below, and some of the beautiful mountains surrounding, and there was an elevator/lift; we rented a car and there seemed to be no on-site parking for the hotel but we found a parking garage close by that was free on Sundays (hotel staff also gave us other options). Chur is a bit of a sleepy town so very quiet and walkable. We had a short stay and breakfast was pretty good for that period, not overwhelming variety but enjoyable nonetheless. We stayed here for an overnight before catching the Bernina Express the next morning and it is a very short distance to the train station (and the Europcar rent-a-car next door). I’d be happy to recommend this hotel to family and friends who hope to do something similar in future."
