This house is an Incredible, Recently Remodeled, 3 BDRM, 1 Full Bath Ranch. It has a large rear patio and fully fenced back yard.
This home features an open airy floorplan, fully equipped kitchen, maple cabinetry & stainless steel appliances & full size side by side Refrigerator.

There is a living room with a large comfy sectional couch, a 65 inch smart tv, and an LG Sound Bar that makes your movies come to life!
Full stocked kitchen including electric range stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker.  The attached dining room offers seating for 6 at a large table as well as a work desk for your convenience. 
A full bathroom with a walk in spa shower.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
3 Bedrooms - All have a Queen Size Bed and a 50 inch smart tv
Large fenced in grassy back yard. Outdoor furniture is provided seasonally.
Enjoy the best of both worlds in our suburban community. A quick 5 minute drive takes you to local shopping and dining in the city of Anderson. If you wish to go into Downtown Cincinnati and experience all it has to offer this house is uniquely located just 15 minutes from the City of Cincinnati which features museums, and downtown excitement.

Great area for walking
We enjoyed the area and found the home to be newly renovated which was nice. I selected the home for the fully fenced in yard and patio to enjoy coffee in the morning. The backyard was disgusting, no table, umbrella and not enclosed areas on both sides attached to the house so we were unable to allow our dog outside nor could we sit anywhere out on the patio. I think they should have completely remodeled the backyard before listing.

Excelente lugar.
Fue simplemente genial, buscas un lugar con tranquilidad, cerca de la aglomeración de la ciudad es esta casa, con excelente, confortable, uno muy lejos del centro, dentro mi familia y yo encontramos todo lo necesario para tener una estadía placentera. Gracias a todos.
