"Wonderful customer service! It can be a little confusing which tower you're staying in and where to check in for it, but the staff is so friendly and helpful to get you where you need to be. The room was a good size for Tokyo and there is a 7-11 adjoined to the building."

"Excellent place to stay in Shibuya - Very close and 30 mins from Hadena Airport - Very Luxury hotel, room is nice and it is walkable. The staff are very friendly and speak english and the rooms are nice for Japan and have free water and so many dining and shopping options near by - Nike, Kohokmo, Zara, H&M, and Lululemon....and so much more"
