「We stayed in two beds room villa. So big enough for 4 of us. We should have brought more foods for convenience but the Thai foods we ordered from management office were excellent! Great stay !」

「The condo was amazing! Nice living room, TV included Netflix! fully functional kitchen, also a washer for cleaning clothes. The building was beautiful and very secure. Rooftop pool was over the top incredible! Hosts were perfect! Only down side was there were not a lot of dining options within walking distance. We went to Old Town for most of our meals. (about 1 mile away). Walkable, but we also got tired of walking, so took Grab a lot (about $3). I would definitely stay here again! 」

「チェンマイ鉄道駅前のコンドミニアム。 建物入口にモーニングブッフェをやっているレストランが１１７バーツでやっていてよい。 部屋はきれいだが、扉の取っ手が取れたりと経年劣化は否めない。 ５泊したが一切ルームサービスは無いのでごみの処理に困った。（バスタオル類は部屋に洗濯機があるのでそれを使って洗う。ただ水のタンクはシャワーと洗濯を連続ですると使い切ってしまうため要注意。しばらく水が一切出なくなります。） アメニティーは一切ないので自分で要購入。 民泊と考えればいいです。 大きい冷蔵庫と、電子レンジ食器はある。（食器を洗う洗剤はないため今回は紙コップ等を購入した。） オーナーに電話して鍵を受け取るシステムなので現地の携帯電話と英語力は要する。オーナーは英語が堪能でとてもいい感じの人でした。 」

「We had such a good time while visiting Chiang Mai. This is more of a condo then hotel & it was wonderful. The location was a quick ride from the airport. It is located in a quieter part of town but not to far from the action. The room was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything we needed. Haoxin Bai was very helpful & responded quickly to my messages. We would definitely stay her again & would recommend it.」

「Even though it was pretty cheap it still disappointed us. Well past its use by and dirty, bath and bathroom in general were dirty, floor had been swept but made our feet very dirty cinsidering that we are expected to remove our shoes. Would have been lovely once but not so anymore.」

「This was one of the best / most relaxing stays I had in all of ChiangMai! Geoff and Yumi were great host. So kind and welcoming. The apartment itself is modern, super clean, organized and just a dream to sleep in. Quiet neighborhood, close to markets and the city. A must stay! 」
