「I recently stayed at the Spirit Lodge with three of my children (18,15,13) and we all had a fantastic time. The location was perfect as we were able to bike to the Town Park for beach time and canoeing. We were also able to explore the State Park as it was just a short drive away. The lodge was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary amenities. We will definitely be back in the future!」

No internet, no phone service, and no tv (other than dvd's and vhs tapes) it was like stepping back in time to before everyone became tethered to technology. The quiet of the woods, and the relaxing sounds of the babbling curtent of the river was amazing. 」

「Erin was a wonderful host and the home and property are stunning. I wanted to find a cozy place to celebrate my grandmother’s 86th birthday. We were not disappointed! The home is so cozy and unique, with stunning views of Lake Superior and close access to the beach. Erin was wonderful! She offered local produce and meats for when we arrived and was even able to extend our stay for an additional night. 「Very nice place nestled in the woods. Extremely quiet area. We really enjoyed sitting on the huge screened in deck with soaring ceiling. We had a small problem and Pao was there to remedy it within a couple hours. We really appreciated the quick response. Just a few minutes to Bayfield where there are numerous restaurants and/or bars, shops, rentals and the ferry to Madeline Island. If we get to the area again we would definitely stay there again.」
