This (elevator-accessible) condo sits on the third floor of Chelan Resort Suites, in the small community of Lakeside just outside downtown Chelan. Riverside Park - a 10-acre expanse with a sandy beach, a swimming area, an open lawn, and a playground - is right across Terrace Avenue. You'll also be a short, scenic drive from Slidewaters (one mile), Chelan (two miles), Lake Chelan State Park (eight miles), and renowned wineries and tasting rooms.

Gorgeous mountain sunlight greets you as you step through the door, with a rear wall of glass framing the balcony, the lake, and the mountains across the water. In this bright, open living space, you can cook in a well-equipped kitchen, play board games at the dining room table, and stream movies by the gas fireplace.

Each of the bedrooms is paired with its own TV and full bathroom, including a primary suite with floor-to-ceiling views of the lake and direct access to the balcony. A private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi round out the in-home essentials.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
