「Every property should be immaculate upon arrival, not "lived in," as this one was. Although the photographs look great, the lack of attention and cleanliness to our unit was appalling. Fingerprints on the light switches, dirty windows with cobwebs on the interior side, fingerprints on the glass-top dining room table, red smudges on the bedroom door frame and wall (possibly lipstick?), hair in both bathroom showers, a layer of dirt on all the baseboards...the list goes on and on. There's an "ick"...

「Our family was looking for a winter retreat to spend some time together relaxing and exploring. We checked out, and enjoyed downtown for the winter festival and enjoyed time sitting around the fireplace relaxing, talking and playing games. We had so much fun downtown and by the fire that we didn't even make it to the pool, usually my kids first request. Only frustration, and word of caution for others is the tight parking garage and assigned parking space was for a compact car, we are a...

「Very nice suite but so dirty. When we arrived the toilets had poop splatters still on the underside of the seat, hair on top of the seat, all the baseboards are filthy, top of the fridge was so thick of dust/dirt. Carpets had black dirt spots everywhere. Only thing that looked done were the carpets looked vacuumed. Behind the dressers there were old dirty Scott towels, kids cloths and socks. We ended up stripping all the beds and washing them ourselves along with washing the kitchen and bathroom...

「Place was amazing. It was just me but would be great for a family. Evertwas top notch from the appliances, to bedding to Sonos speakers everywhere! Would definitely stay again!」

「Beds comfy, just like some other comments it was a bit dirty. Floor needed sweeping, somethimg was spilled all over inside a cupbaord. Dishwasher had hand prints all over, pots and pans were dirty. Like crusty and oily. Tge outdoor table we ate dinner on had to be scrubbed - it hadnt been done in a ling while! Bathrooms were clean. Location is great, pool is great. Furnitire could be updated by even shopping at a goodwill. Curtains didnt pull up in bedroom and one window was missing curtains,...
