Hi there! Welcome to my freshly renovated 1968 nostalgic fish camp! Located on a quiet cove of Lake Norman, get ready to enjoy this tranquil lakefront property. Nestled among the trees on the secluded side of Lake Norman, this picture-perfect classic-style camp is updated with brand-new furnishings. It has beautiful spaces for everyone to enjoy while relaxing, having fun, and making life-long memories at the lake.
The Space
This modernized one-story 1300-square-foot ranch home is directly located on Lake Norman in Denver, NC. Upon pulling into the carpark, you are greeted with sublime water and natural views. When you step inside, you will be greeted by the stylish decor. There is plenty of room to socialize in the large open floorplan. The living room opens to an adorable sunroom where you can begin and end the day with sunrise/sunset hues.
The deck provides sun and shade for dining together at the table (seats six (6), grilling, playing games, or sunbathing on the chaise lounges. The deck boasts unobstructed views of the water from every angle.
Walk down to the over-water-lighted gazebo to play card games, enjoy snacks and drinks, or enjoy fishing or a dip in the lake right off the dock! If you like to stay active on vacations, there is plenty to do. You can kayak, paddleboard, go for a swim, play cornhole, or golf nearby.
The Kitchen
Adjacent to the living room, the open-concept kitchen is the heart of all the action. No expense was spared in this area! The quartz island has barstool seating for three guests and is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances, including an induction range, microwave, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
A UV water filtration system has been installed, making the water safer for drinking and cooking. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials you will need during your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker.
Please note: Due to the septic system, you must be mindful of what goes into the garbage disposal, or you will be charged an additional fee to unclog it.
Living room/ Dining area (Open Concept)
The living room is stylishly decorated, and a 65" SmartTV is provided for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies. You may log into the TV with your personal streaming apps or use the Direct TV app to browse cable channels.
The farmhouse table has seating for up to four people, with additional seating at the kitchen bar top. There is seating for six (6) people on the balcony deck and seating for four(4) on the dock.
We are still in the process of adding updates and will soon add a minibar and fridge.
Bedroom One - Primary
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. All of the linens, pillows, and mattresses have just been purchased. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and you will surely get a good night's rest. There are plenty of windows providing a lot of natural light as well. The room has a private ensuite toilet and sink but no shower. There is a desk in the primary bedroom for any business travel.
Bedroom Two
Bedroom two is furnished with a queen-size bed and a set of bunk beds. It can sleep up to four (4) guests. This bedroom is appointed with newly purchased comfortable linens, pillows, and mattresses, allowing your guests to get a good night's rest in their room.
The Sunroom
This adorable room is just off the living area and is furnished with a twin-size trundle bed. It is undoubtedly the most versatile room in the house not to mention everyone's favorite! The sunroom overlooks the deck and offers direct lake views. There is also a nest swing to cuddle up with your favorite book and cup of tea.
The Backyard
This large backyard is the perfect location to make many memories with your family. There are outdoor chairs to relax on and plenty of grass space to lay out or run around. Go swimming in the lake or enjoy the gorgeous North Carolina weather. The dock allows you to rent a boat nearby or bring your boat and launch from the ramp.

House Rules:
Please remember that this is our home, and we have a good rapport with our neighbors. We plan to keep it this way. We have strict quiet hours from 11 pm-8 am and require that all lively conversation and music be moved indoors after 11 pm. Please treat our home with the same care that you would your own.
-Noise complaints will result in the loss of the entire security deposit.
-No pets except CERTIFIED service/ emotional support dogs. Certified means officially certified
through the ADA. We will request their ID number for validation.
-A $300 deodorizing fee + the loss of the entire security deposit will be assessed if you sneak in
unpermitted pets.
- Smoking of any kind, including Vaping or E-Cigs, is not permitted inside.
-Smoking policy is strictly enforced: a fee of $500 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected inside the house upon departure. Please go to the dock or grassy area near the shoreline if you must smoke.
-During your stay, please refrain from cooking/frying fish or other pungent foods, like curry inside the house. We strongly encourage you to prepare these foods outside.
-Late checkout without advanced permission will result in a one-night fee. -Max occupancy: 8
-Guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking - Free Wi-Fi password and specific area information provided at check-in.

Check out proccedure:
- Please place dirty towels into the provided baskets.
-Take out all the garbage and place it in the outside bin.
-Place all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the machine.
-Handwash all the acrylic cups/wine glasses; they will melt in the dishwasher.
-Bring in and rinse the kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, and fishing equipment with fresh water from the hose.
*Any watercraft left in the yard or the water will incur an additional $150 penalty per vessel.
**Lost or damaged life vests will incur a $60 replacement fee.
*** Lost or damaged kayak/paddleboard PADDLES will incur a $60 replacement fee. ****Lost or damaged kayaks are $500 each replacement cost.
Lost or damaged child-size kayaks $210 each replacement cost. Lost or damaged paddleboards are $225 for each replacement cost.
CORPORATE HOUSING and LONG-TERM RENTAL AVAILABLE
The house is primarily intended to be used as a vacation rental but will entertain a long-term arrangement for those seeking corporate housing as an alternative to a hotel room or extended stay a noise-free lakefront community.
