I hate to give a negative review, but there was a big difference between expectations and reality with the way this property is marketed... It seems upscale in the photos and it did have some good features (cute decorating, location in town) but there were also significant issues.
We were consistently finding reminders that the space was a rental and not thoroughly cleaned. We found 4 black hairs and a small blood stain in the white master bedroom sheets on our first night. And, we were constantly pulling long hairs that weren't ours from a staticky blanket during our stay. We also found dirty utensils and plates mixed in with the clean ones in the kitchen. We stayed for 5 days with 2 kids under 8 years old. Even if the space was clean when we arrived (it wasn't), we would need to clean during our stay. There were virtually no cleaning products beyond half a roll of paper towel and a broom. We frustratingly bought a lot of cleaning supplies at the local grocery story, but were unable to purchase everything (like a vacuum) that we needed to clean. There was a coin-operated washer and dryer in the slightly-seedy shared condo space, but we were unable to get the 16 quarters needed to run a wash/dry load due to the national coin shortage.
This rental was a weird mix of hotel and private rental with the worst of both worlds. The condo lobby and pool were only open from 9-5pm and locked at other times. The only service the reception desk was able to provide us was handing over our keys. We were greeted with a long list of services they did not provide (things you would expect from a hotel with a reception desk).
Inside the condo, 3 loud wall mounted air-conditioning units automatically turned themselves on and off randomly. The loft area caught all the noise from the loud utilities, the downtown area outside and any people in the main living space. Plus the open-concept loft bathroom left a lot of privacy to be desired. The super cute kitchen area is actually a small IKEA-like design with a mini-oven and mini-dishwasher. The baking sheet/cookie tray provided by the unit did not actually fit inside the oven. I made simple daily meals in the kitchen but had to struggle with its functionality issues.
