Welcome to the Holy City, and the historic southern charm of the Charleston peninsula. Our VRBO is located in beautiful downtown Charleston and just minutes away from MUSC, the College of Charleston, and King Street’s shopping and nightlife. This is the perfect rental for exploring all that Charleston has to offer. You’ll find out quickly why Charleston has been voted #1 City in the U.S. by Conde Nast and Travel + Leisure. This downstairs unit of a Charleston single is great for everyone . The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs' guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Fun porch sitting!
We enjoyed the luxury of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Although Spring Street is busy, we loved sitting on the porch and watching the locals go by. We did not find the traffic noise an issue while sleeping. The parking is on the same block just a few houses down. We would stay again!

Perfect Space for Group of Friends!
Great location! Walkable to coffee shops and convenience stores. We were visiting for a wedding at the Gibbs’s Museum of Art which was only a 6-7 minute uber ride. The house was in great condition and accommodated our group of 5 perfectly! We would totally stay at this property again!

The Boroughs were not easy to work with. We never had a conversation with the Boroughs our issue with property, even though we tried. Our situation could have been easily resolved if they would have taken the time to communicate. The issue was the property had bugs in some of the bedrooms and kitchen, They implied we brought the bugs in, which was totally not true.

Lovely house horrible location
I don’t usually post negatives as I also am a VRBO owner but I was under the impression this was close to downtown it’s not. When I say close it’s under close not parking house. Also the renters that use the other side of the house are very young but respectful. There was 15 of them. They were unit a we were b. All in all a nice cozy place

This beautifully renovated home is a very short drive away from all that historical Charleston has to offer. It is thoughtfully stocked with esssentials and little extras to make your stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Adorable House
Really cute and clean home. Rooms were decorated very nice. The beds and linens super comfortable. We loved the nice touches of plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the showers. They even provided makeup remover pads, Q-tips & floss sticks in all the bathrooms! Kitchen is very nicely stocked with anything you need to cook. They provide 2 parking spots two houses down in a lot. The house is also super close (1 block) to 2 really cute coffee houses. Located in a great neighborhood! We highly recommend it and the price is soooo reasonable.

Nice on the Inside
We stayed in the downstairs unit and there was a party in the upstairs unit so we were not able to sleep prior to the 10K race the next day. There’s only two places for parking and it’s a couple blocks down the road so if you have more than two cars, you have to pay for parking and the parking is a ways from the house. The inside of the home was well appointed. There was constant noise as the house sits right at a stoplight as well as a bus stop.

Great Location walking to everything.
The apartment a on the bottom floor had all the necessities that we needed we had four bedrooms four bathrooms and a half bath. The location was in walking distance of everything that we needed. There were restaurants there were little grocery stores etc. on Spring Street. Highly recommend.

The moment we pulled up, we fell in love. This was our first Vrbo house and we were very pleased!! It was tastefully decorated and CLEAN. Wish we could have made our trip last longer just to stay longer in this house! Before booking, I did read other reviews, and I honestly don’t know why there were negative ones. I was able to message the owner anytime something was needed. And everything was great! Our whole family had a great time here, and we covered all ages, one elder, 2 middle aged, 2 young adults, one teen, and 2 pre teens. We also brought our little dog. Will recommend, and if we find ourselves driving the 14 hours toward here again, we will definitely try to book here again if available!!!

The listing is misleading when it speaks to parking. It is listed as off-street parking with a picture of the neighbor’s driveway. This leads the renter to assume that this where they would park. In fact, its offsite parking about 2 blocks away in an unsecured parking area. The travel path is not very well lit. The location is right at an intersection which has busy traffic at all hours and can be easily heard when trying to sleep. Unfortunately, the rental has a second floor that was rented to a very loud group consisting of two families and kids. All movement and talking could be heard downstairs. We had to ask them to quiet down directly at about 11 pm, because the host would not reach out and the host never provided a number at which to call them at. We would not have rented the unit had we known about the parking situation.
