The Space:
Enjoy this enormous 2 bedroom, a sofa bed located in the living room and 2 bathroom villa can accommodate total of 6 guests, comes with fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with a smart TV. Living room extends to an open patio and garden area for a fresh breeze and more relaxing ambiance. You'll have your own access to the upper deck where you can prepare food and indulge yourselves eating in an open space while enjoying the scenic view of the mountain and the lake.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire villa as well as the common areas such as swimming pool, tennis court, fully equipped gym, the clubhouse which includes pool tables, and projection room.

Common Areas Access Activation Policy:
To ensure a seamless experience in using the common areas, we kindly request that you complete the registration form for access card activation at least 48 hours before your arrival.
As we rely on the administration process for card activation, filling out the form at the last moment may result in the inability to access the common areas during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are crucial to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Strategically located nearby Ajijic, within short walking distance to malls, restaurants and even a Golf Course. EL DORADO offers you luxury vertical condos, in a secure residential development, featuring the most extensive Five Star Amenities of its class at Chapala Lakeside. You can play a friendly tennis game, take a dive in its large heated infinity pool, or relax in the ample jacuzzi while enjoying the views. Working out in its fully equipped fitness center is also an option, followed by a soothing massage in the spa. There are various decks and terraces for quality "me time", and a spacious club house with pool tables, lounges with wireless internet access, a stage, and a kitchen for fun social events.

Getting Around:
If you get tired of walking, then there is always a bus. The buses run often. Every fifteen minutes a bus will come along. The large buses cost a few pesos more than the smaller ones and they take the direct route. The small buses go around through the towns.
There are always taxis available.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION: POOL & STREET MAINTENIENCE
We regret to inform you that the pool will be undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable for use throughout your stay. Aditionally repair machinery will be operating right outside the house. As a result, parking your car on-site will not be possible, it can also be dusty in the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we strive to enhance our facilities.
Should this affect your arrangements, you are entitled to request a full refund if made within 48 hours of booking or at least one week prior to your scheduled arrival.

There are several places that offer a day pass and have a pool and restaurant. They are close to the apartment (about 10 minutes driving). The one-day pass varies in cost between $150-$250 per person depending on the location you choose.
The places are Punta Mirasol, La Joya del Lago and Villas Monte Carlo (note: you have to reserve the day pass a day in advance in Monte Carlo) and Punta Mirasol closes Monday and Tuesday and often closes because they handle private events. Just call and ask if they are open.

Lake and Mountain Views Available Only from Rooftop Mirador.

The administration of the El Dorado Condominium operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 2 pm. It is ESSENTIAL to make any reservation before Friday morning. Also, be sure to fill out and send the reservation form that we send to you. Otherwise, even if you have the reservation, the access cards to the common areas will NOT be activated.

- we do not provide tennis rackets, tennis balls, or any other amenities related to the use of the court tennis courts, the gym and the pool.

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation!

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

3. Please observe the following House Rules during your stay at the property. Violation of any of these rules or any damages in the property incurred during your stay will be subject to applicable penalty fee.

1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 400 MXN Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 400 MXN will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
250 MXN will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
