「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「Another amazing trip to Hotel de Havelet. Service is always excellent. Lovely clean hotel with great facilities. Spa has steam room, jacuzzi, pool and sauna. Food is next level with views over St Peter Port. 」
