Newly built prestige chalet with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, the Aiguille de Chamonix, the Aiguille Verte, Les Drus, ...
It is located at the foot of the famous Bossons glacier just 3 km from downtown Chamonix.
The place is ideal for lovers of nature, walks, discovering glaciers, skiing and mountaineering; it’s a magical place to enjoy with family or friends.

The chalet has a garage, private parking as well as a magnificent terrace and a large garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It occupies a central position in relation to the various ski areas of the Chamonix Mont Blanc resort.

This brand new chalet offers all modern comfort in a cozy and warm atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, XL dishwasher, classic oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.

All rooms have high-end bedding and can accommodate 11 people.
The 4 private bedrooms are spacious and a large mezzanine with 3 beds acts as the 5th bedroom.
Here is the description:
- White room: double bed (1m60) with private bath and shower
- Vintage room: double bed (1m60) with private walk-in shower
- Flégère room: double bed (1m60)
- Galipette room: 2 single beds (90cm) convertible into a large bed (1m80)
- Large mezzanine with 1 double bed (1m60) and a single bed (90cm)

Upstairs of the Galipette and Flégère rooms is a large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided for maximum comfort.

In winter, you can decorate your evenings around a pleasant open fire.
For your summer evenings, a large barbecue is at your disposal. A large screen TV and a wifi connection will also enhance your stay. You can also use a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry area for your comfort.

You will also have access to the chalet's garage with storage space for skis, shoes, bikes, sleds, ...

Fantastic base for Alpine adventures

We (two families) stayed here for a few days of Alpine hiking. The house is very nice, and the layout worked well for kids of mixed ages, the kitchen has a good array of cookware, and the large dining tables make it easy to have a meal together. The view is unsurpassed. Valley bus and train are a short walk away. The host was very responsive.

Absolutely amazing location

The chalet was close to the bus station that takes you to Chamonix, but it was far enough that it felt not crowded. It had an incredible view of Les Bossons glacier. It was roomy enough for 10 adults and absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. It was a bit warm in the house in the afternoon but we are accostomed to air con and just opened windows to let it air out. If we have another group in chamonix we will stay again!!! Merci!

Brilliant Retreat in Chamonix

We spent 10 days in Chamonix and had a great time. The Chalet provided plenty of space for the entire family of 9 adults. The view from the terrace is spectacular, directly in front of the glacier. The chalet provided all necessary functions: a well equipped kitchen, ample room for family dinner as well as space for privacy. Location is a bit off of Chamonix, center (5min by car, 45min walk), but for us it was positive to be distant to traffic and tourist busyness (UTMB took place during our stay). The only drawback was that one shower was not operational during our stay. Overall we certainly recommend this property.

Fremragende udsigt

Lækker feriebolig med alle moderne fornødenheder og godt indrettet. Det bedste var dog den storslåede udsigt over bjerge og gletscher fra stuen, terrassen og soveværelser. Kan varmt anbefales.

Précision sur l'annonce

tout était parfait sauf que l'annonce nous laissait penser qu'il n'y avait pas 2 locations dans le même chalet. A notre arrivée une haie qui n'existe pas sur l'annonce coupée le terrain en 2 Cette situation n'a pas été gênante car les autres locataires arrivés plus tard étaient discrets mais cela aurait pu être différents.

Perfect chalet in Chamonix

First of all, great location - 5 min drive to the city, 10 min to the lifts. Chalet is amazing, exactly as in photos - everything is very new and stylish. There are two bedrooms at the base floor with one bath and toilet to share. On the first floor is a hall with an entrance to the terrace (+grill) and kitchen/dining table. From there you can enter two bedrooms with showers inside and shared toilet. On the third floor is an extra queen bed with a small bed near it, just in case you have some guests for a few days. So in total, it’a extremely comfortable for 8 person, but 10 is totally fine as well. The chalet is fully packed with everything you will need, so no worries about that. People who meet you, will ask in advance if you would require something special. The only flaw is quite slow WiFi connection, but you can live with that on a vacation :) Overall, great value for money and awesome place to have a vacation skiing/snowboarding in the area.
