「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「We spent our honeymoon at Blue Haven and were pleased. The staff was helpful and fun providing ideas on how to experience the island. Mikkaela (front desk) and Smiley (Acticites) were helpful and added to the experience. The onsite activities were a limited to a few water sports, and 2 or 3 daily afternoon 'games', but no group activities such as yoga, or fitness experiences. As for the room, there were a few items in the room that could use some updates, but overall a great stay and view....

「Staff on site was phenomenal. From the front desk to the bartenders to the pool and beach team, all were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was very nice and clean with a fantastic view of beautiful Grace Bay. I loved opening the panoramic glass doors to see the beautiful turquoise water and listen to the waves everyday. It was a perfect destination for our one year anniversary trip! 」

「We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 10/10. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Julian was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. The location of the house is right on the beach, which is crowded (we were there over Christmas so might have been the time of year), but the home comes with lounge chairs and we had plenty of the beach to ourselves. The heated pool was also delightful. We would definitely return to this home on beautiful Turks & Caicos!」

「We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.」
