"We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday here and the house is gorgeous. I loved looking out all of the windows out to the lake, that view was amazing. We enjoyed the dock and my husband and boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and from their kayaks. I would definitely stay here again!"

"loved the lake view and sunsets from the firepit on the dock. it was all awesome. the only thing the place needs is a new coffe maker. the one there takes 20 minutes at least to make a pot of coffee. maybe also a keurg coffe maker! Definetly would stay there again!!!"

"A family vacation of boating, fishing, swimming and watching the RNC convention. Interesting, for a large number of cottages on the lake we saw very few people. I imagine the reason was the hot weather and most people were probably at the lake July 4th weekend. Therefore, we had the whole place to ourselves and enjoyed a quiet time and beautiful sunsets. We’ll return to Lake Weiss in the future. Thank you Loren"

"Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The cleanliness of the property could have been better. The biggest issue we had was a stinch in the living room. Upon investigation, we found that the living room rug smelled like a wet dog. The smell was unbearable and the rug had to be removed from the room for the duration of our stay. "Our stay was first week of December. A bit chili but excellent fishing from the dock. All appliances worked perfectly, bed in the back bedroom was perfect for for my wife and I. The owner was great to work with and if anything we needed they were of quick response. We will definitely be staying again for sure. This is a perfect getaway."

"Better than a 5 Star hotel!Checked in a stressed mess in need of all this wonderful cabin has to offer. It's a great location with easy access, clean and comfortable with little details that meant so much. I left a new woman!Enjoyed the outdoor living space, the amazing view and especially the hot tub. There was a big storm with heavy rain and very high winds overnight, but I enjoy storms. We ventured into Fort Payne for shopping, Alabama Fan Museum, Scooters Coffee, and the Bar-B-Que Place....
