「Jacuzzi was not working, would have loved to have one specially after skiing. Ice machine was broken and we had to walk to the other side of the building whenever we needed. Felt very inconvenient. However the staff was great, and loved the complementary marshmallow for the fire. You need to uber to Heavenly village, about 5 mins. But 30 minutes walk there. 」

「there are so many homeless people surrounding the fence of the hotel. the fence is also cut in several places so anyone come in and out of the hotel area. there were homeless living in their cars parked overnight in the parking lot and also having coffee in the lounge inside the hotel. 」

「タホ湖の南側の繁華街の近くにあるリゾートホテル。建物は全体的に黒いシックな外観で、落ち着いた雰囲気です。フロント兼用のカフェバーがあり、夕方以降はビールやワイン等を楽しめます。部屋も同様の感じで、とても居心地が良かったです。シャワーが若干汚れが目立つ部分もありますが、そんなに気になるほどではないでしょう。隣の部屋との壁がやや薄いのはアメリカの多くのホテルに見られるものなので、仕方ない部分だと思います。朝食はパンやワッフル、フルーツ、コーヒー等が用意されていました。周辺にはレストランやスーパーがたくさんあるほか、徒歩5分程度のところにプライベートビーチもあります。」

「This was a family vacation trip March 6-9 2025. We had 4 rooms. The rooms were all dirty when we checked in. I actually had to dust the room and restroom we were staying in before we unpacked. I asked for housekeeping the next morning but all they did was make the bed, no vacuuming no throwing out the trash literally just made the bed.
