"This is more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The room was nice. The hotel minimart is a bit lacking but there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. "

"We arrived about one and a half hours before the 4 pm checkin. Our room was not ready so they said they would contact us when it was. They kept making excuses and finally at 4 pm we asked why we hadn't been notified. They said there was a staff change and basically they forgot us even thought we were sitting right across from the front desk for more than an hour. They just didn't care what to us was a serious miscommunication. This is NOT a 5 star hotel!"

"Everything was very nice and cozy. Nice healthy breakfast options. Sheets were a little stained, but nothing too outrageous. Very good amenities in the room, equipped with a kitchen and a few dishes as well. Staff were friendly and kind, other guests were pleasant and chill as well. Good stay 👍"
