「This place was in poor condition. Reception staff was not understanding English at all . It took an hour to check us in and they don’t have room card for us so one of the staff let us in.. 」

「Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! 」

「The flat was quite big (3 bedrooms) and well furnished with modern items. The kitchen was really nice and massive. The living room was lovely. There are shopping and coffee options within 10min walk. Overall great value for money. However, few things the team could work on: - WIFI: Horrible. 「I convinced this hotel has the best facility for relatively long stay in Riyadh. They have kitchen, wash machine, gym running 24hours, around 20m exterior swimming pool. The location is very convenient place. Room window is big enough to provide sun light into the room. Breakfast is not gorgeous but enough for daily meal.
