「My tiny house had everything I could need, comfy bed, great shower and a well appointed kitchen, lots of parking as well. I would recommend for a single person or even a couple. The neighborhood may appear in flux but it seemed very safe,」

「This spacious 2 bedroom condo was pure perfection, tucked away in a peaceful gated community that ensured safety and security which was important to me and great for kids. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay, and we were located right near the Biltmore which was ideal for shopping, dining, yoga, and unique coffee shops! I definitely recommend, and hope to stay here again for a great getaway home away from home. 」

「The apartment was lovely. It has a Queen bed, a full sized refrigerator and washer/dryer. It’s a nice street, near transport; the ASU downtown campus, downtown Phoenix, and Roosevelt Row are all walkable. Downsides: the establishment is run largely by electronic communication and when minor things go wrong you don’t have a front desk person.
