"Our check-in went extremely smoothly and the night receptionist was not only very helpful, but considerate as well. She is an excellent representative for this property. Since the rooms did not have a microwave, we were allowed to use the one in the breakfast room, and she even went to go get me a paper plate to warm up my pizza.
