「Great location and rental for our son’s baseball trip. Highly recommended.」

「My wife and I travelled to Old Forge for a weekend in snow country. Our stay at the Guide Cottage served our needs well. It was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of downtown. Although not fancy, it had everything we needed at a very reasonable price. 」

「We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.」

「This was a fantastic property and Joel has thought trough everything to make it a fantastic set up. We commented as we left that he must have watched videos or read the book on how to create a great VRBO. Good stuff:1. He's very quick on communication and answered a bunch of questions;2. Very easy to check in with a code on the front door. Lights were on and there was a garage door opener on the front table, which allowed me to pull the van into the garage and unload. Given it was the dead...

「This was a perfect spot for parents of players at the local baseball tourneys. Plenty of space and only about 15 minutes from the facilities. Really beautiful home. 」

「Returned to Cooperstown for a reunion of friends who spent summers on the lake. The Boathouse was the perfect spot to stay - convenient to town, super comfortable, tremendous views, friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended!」
