We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. "Not interested in paying $400/night at a ski lodge just to lay my head down and shower after skiing all day. Wished the ice maker was working, but other than that I was pleased. "

"Hosts were awesome and the food amazing. Needs updating and Christmas decorations were up in summer. If you don't like seeing taxidermy, this is not the place for you. Very beautiful and secluded surroundings. "

"It was was a layover for work. Lication was convenient on my route. Had plenty of parking for the truck. The staff was pleasant & helpful. Not a 5 star hotel, but clean & basic for what i needed."

"The only problem we had was no safety handles in the shower. As we have mobility issues and the tub sides are very tall. The Hand washing area was large making washing up very easy and comfortable. The man at check in was VERY helpful and kind."

"Our room was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel seams a little dated, could use some upgrades. We were on a weeklong ski trip and this was only one of our stops, so we had to bring in a lot of items that we would need later due to the extremely cold temps. Although they have hand carts, the rooms are not all on the same level, so we had to stop and carry items to our room. Just an inconvenience. Overall We liked it."

"The front desk was informative on issue with hot water and made sure to get room with no issue. Bed was comfortable and made it easy to relax with some tv I don't get at home. Shower felt good in morning..breakfast nook had quite a selection...not sure bout any hot selections cept for coffee."
